Accell Designs new HDMI Cable for Trouble Free Connectivity 2009-03-09
Their patent pending Locking HDMI cable will be showcased at the upcoming Consumer Electronics Show and boasts the ability to lock and ensure that the cable stays put in the connection.
The Locking HDMI cable was created after the company reviewed feedback from its clients and worked on various models to sort out the most advantageous one.
Installers who use HDMI cables often received complaint calls from customers who wrongly perceive that the system itself is not working while the actual fault would have been the HDMI cable falling off the connection.
Accell says it has looked thoroughly into this feedback and developed the Locking HDMI cable which stays connected - making the cable falling off fault no longer a problem and eliminating service calls to save time and money.
Michael Weizer, Director of Marketing for Accell commented, "When our connector is inserted into the HDMI port, it automatically locks into place. To release, simply pull back on the cable's connector casing to unlock and remove the cable. We dismissed a push button release design since we found that a surrounding cable will often blocks its access. Accell's innovative design provides a process of locking and unlocking that is natural while avoiding access problems."
Accell says their cables also feature 24K gold-plated connectors and contacts for a solid, corrosion resistant connection. Accell cables are fully compliant with established HDMI standards ensuring peak performance and compatibility. For more information please visit: http://www.bossgoo.com/
